A slice of toasted homemade bread that contains Mediterranean flavours, speck with an intense flavour, fresh robiola with a creamy consistency, freshly picked organic figs and finally Millefiori honey. We used the organic one, strictly Sicilian and of the highest quality produced by the APIS company, clear, strongly aromatic and with a pronounced taste as it comes from the nectar of various flowers. Follow our recipe for bruschetta with figs, you'll see it will be child's play!

  • 8 slices speck
  • 8 slices homemade bread
  • 100 g robiola
  • 4 organic figs
  • organic honey to taste APIS Millefiori
  • Heat the oven to 180°C in static mode. In the meantime, cut the bread slices to a thickness of approximately 1 cm and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  • As soon as the oven reaches temperature, toast the bread slices for about 10 minutes. If you prefer, you can also use a pan or griddle, remembering to toast both sides. Of course it will take you a few more minutes.

  • While the bread is in the oven, wash the figs delicately, taking care not to press them with your fingers. Dry them with absorbent paper and cut them into slices.

  • Once the bread is toasted, take it out of the oven and, with the help of a knife, spread the robiola cheese on top. Then complete with a slice of speck, 2 slices of fig and as a final touch add some Millefiori honey. Bring them to the table and serve.

According to your tastes, you can replace the speck with raw ham or the robiola with gorgonzola. To you the choice!
